These Terms of Service govern your use of Stitch Studio ("Service"), operated by Alina Kalyna ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine.
Stitch Studio converts images into cross-stitch patterns. You may use generated patterns for personal and commercial embroidery projects. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated patterns. You retain ownership of any images you upload.
We use passwordless email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. One account per person; do not share accounts.
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD. Single pattern purchases ($4.99) are non-refundable once the pattern editor has been accessed. Subscription charges ($19.99/month) are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds may be granted where required by applicable law.
Single patterns are stored for 90 days from the date of purchase. Subscription patterns are stored for the duration of the active subscription plus a 30-day grace period. After this period, patterns may be permanently deleted. We are not liable for data loss after these periods.
Stitch Studio is a technical tool that converts images into cross-stitch patterns. We do not actively monitor uploaded content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use any image you upload to the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with copyright law, trademark law, and any applicable third-party terms of use.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your use of any uploaded image does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We accept no liability for any intellectual property violations arising from images uploaded by users.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may cause brief downtime. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

This Privacy Policy describes how Alina Kalyna (ФОП, Ukraine) collects and uses information when you use Stitch Studio.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: Railway (hosting), Creem (payments), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Images and patterns are deleted after the applicable storage period. Account data (email, subscription history) is retained until you request deletion. To delete your account, email us at contact@stitch-studio.app.
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at contact@stitch-studio.app to exercise these rights.
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Yes — the full browser editor is available after purchase. You can paint individual stitches, erase, flood-fill areas, swap colors, add backstitch outlines, change symbols, and preview the result with a realistic thread texture. All edits autosave as you work.
Yes. You retain full ownership of both your uploaded image and the generated pattern. We do not claim any rights over your work. You are free to use, print, sell finished embroideries, or share the pattern as you wish — as long as you had the rights to the original image.
Yes — patterns generated from images you own or have rights to can be used commercially: sold as finished embroideries, included in kits, published in books, and so on. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any image you upload.
We accept JPG, PNG, and SVG files up to 10MB. For best results use images with bold shapes and a limited color palette — portraits, logos, illustrations, and simple landscapes work well. Highly detailed photos with many gradients may produce complex patterns with many colors.
A ZIP file containing: a print-ready PDF with the full pattern grid and color legend, a high-resolution PNG, and a color table listing every DMC thread number and name you'll need to buy.
Single pattern purchases are saved for 90 days from the date of purchase. Subscription patterns are available for the full subscription period plus a 30-day grace period after cancellation. Free (unpurchased) patterns are kept for 24 hours.
Your patterns remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that they are permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your patterns before cancelling.
Single pattern purchases ($4.99) are non-refundable once the editor has been accessed, as the pattern has been delivered. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. Yes — you can generate up to 3 patterns per day for free and see a full preview with the color list. The editor and export require a purchase ($4.99/pattern) or a subscription ($19.99/month for 50 patterns).
